
Thank you for choosing A-Quality Carpet Cleaning. I want to do the best job with the least amount of inconvenience for you. To accomplish this, I need your help in doing a little preparation for my cleaning visit.
Q: Is there anything I should do before A-Quality Carpet Cleaning arrives?
A: Please pick up items on the floor like toys, and clothes. Please remove breakable items like tabletop lamps and nick-knacks from the furniture to be moved during the cleaning process.
Q: Should we move any small pieces of furniture?
A: Please remove small pieces of furniture, such as dining room chairs, ottomans and small tables from the areas that you plan to have me clean.
Q: When should I notifiy you of any specific areas I'd like cleaned?
A: During the pre-cleaning inspection, please notify me of any cleaning concerns that you may have, particularly those regarding spots or stains. I will evaluate the spots and make appropriate recommendations.
Q: What should I do about our pets?
A: Please let your family pets know that I will not bite! I would appreciate mutual consideration!
Q: How do you handle our delicate draperies?
A: I plan to secure floor-length draperies on the window sill or drapery rod. This procedure prevents the fabric from directly contacting damp carpets during cleaning and drying. If you would prefer that I do not handle your draperies, you can perform this task prior to my arrival.
Q: How do you protect the furniture from the foam cleaning?
A: I use plastic tabs or foam blocks to prevent furniture from absorbing moisture and staining damp carpets when items are returned to their normal location during the cleaning process. Please do not remove these protectors until carpets have thoroughly dried.
Q: Are you able to remove all odors?
A: I will do everything possible to reduce or eliminate pet odors. However, due to depth of contamination, 100% success may not be attainable.
Q: Anything else I should know?
A: Furniture that requires special handling, please do not hesitate to let me know. Please advise me of any furniture to be handled that has weak joints or loose parts. If you have antiques please move them for us, any questions about our upcoming service, please give me a call at the number below.
